World Relief seeks an Office Director to lead the local office and oversee multiple teams across two sites. You will drive strategic planning, fund development, and program delivery in alignment with our mission to support refugees and immigrant communities.

Qualifications

• A strong Christian faith aligned with World Relief values.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• 6+ years of progressive management experience, including budget oversight.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the local World Relief offices.
• Oversee staff supervision, performance management and development.
• Manage grants, budgets, and financial reporting across programs.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and funders at local and national levels.
• Coordinate program implementation and ensure safeguarding and compliance.
• Lead fundraising, outreach, and community engagement activities.
