Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a dedicated Lifewis​e teacher to share gospel messages with public school students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate participates actively in church life, demonstrates excellent communication, and cares deeply about students’ spiritual and educational growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church setting.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy faith statements.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the curriculum and customize lessons as needed.
• Invest in relationships with students and maintain a redemptive, organized classroom environment.
• Take attendance and maintain class rosters and notes for health concerns, needs, and permissions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming classroom and manage supplies within budget.
