Job summary

LifeWise Academy invites applications for a LifeWise Teacher who will share the gospel in public school settings. The role requires active church participation and a mature Christian faith in line with our Statement of Faith, plus at least two years of classroom teaching experience.

The teacher will complete the required LifeWise training, use the LifeWise curriculum, build relationships with students and volunteers, and maintain accurate records and clean, welcoming classrooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience with students in school or church settings.
• Active personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and tailor instruction as needed.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters for program directors or school officials.
• Keep classroom organized, safe, and engaging with redemptive discipline and resources.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers, and program leaders about schedules and student well‑being.
