Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a dedicated teacher to share the gospel in public school classrooms. The role requires a minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience and active church involvement, aligning with LifeWise's Statement of Faith.

You will be trained through the LifeWise Certification Course and will teach using the LifeWise curriculum while building relationships with students. You will also maintain attendance, manage class rosters, and stay updated on trainings and school

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise's faith.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Maintain attendance records and rosters, including health concerns and permissions.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and proactively engage with students.
• Communicate with school personnel and LifeWise program director about schedules and wellbeing.
