The role includes completing initial and ongoing training, participating in annual LifeWise events, and maintaining classroom records.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting is required.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters for health concerns and permissions.
• Build relationships with students and volunteers; communicate with program director.
• Prepare materials for substitutes and stay up to date with training updates.
• Promote LifeWise's religious mission in all duties and interactions.
