Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a devoted teacher to share gospel-centered education with public school students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate is an active church member with strong communication and interpersonal skills, caring, perceptive, and proficient in teaching children.

The role requires completing LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days and participating in annual LifeWise Summit, Teachers' Lounge, and LifeWise Meet-Ups, while maintaining training updates through LifeWise

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Invest in connecting with students through relationship-building and prayer.
• Maintain an organized, encouraging classroom environment and redemptive discipline.
