Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a dedicated teacher to share Bible knowledge and foster classroom learning with public school students. This role requires two years of classroom teaching experience, active church participation, and a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs.

Training, certification within 30 days, and involvement in annual LifeWise Summit and Meet-Ups are expected. You will use LifeWise curriculum to plan, teach, and build relationships with students, while promoting

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of classroom teaching experience with students in a school or church setting.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Maintain attendance and class rosters, health notes, and parent permissions; provide information for substitutes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, engaging classroom and follow LifeWise policies and procedures.
