Job summary

Norm Reeves Volkswagen is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to deliver a transparent and ethical financing experience for customers. You will leverage Prime, Mid-Prime, and Sub-Prime lenders to guide buyers through a compliant process from structuring deals to final funding, while driving profitability.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in a finance manager role, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record of strong follow-through in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM of 2 YEARS in a finance manager role.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell all F&I products using a professional menu, including VSC, GAP and other protection products.
• Manage CIT and funding requirements on a daily basis.
• Work closely with lenders to structure financing and secure approvals for a wide range of credit profiles.
• Review credit applications and ensure all lender stipulations and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Take ownership of the F&I process from deal structure through vehicle delivery and funding.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while ensuring all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant.
• Provide a professional, transparent, and customer-focused F&I experience while maximizing product penetration and profitability.
• Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills when working with customers across a variety of credit situations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales staff, and lending partners while representing the Volkswagen brand with integrity.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Volkswagen experience for our guests through exceptional customer service, unwavering ethics, and strong F&I expertise. Using your experience as a Finance Manager and relationships with Prime, Mid-Prime, and Sub-Prime lenders, you’ll help guide customers through a seamless and transparent financing process.
