Job summary

Norm Reeves Honda Irvine is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead F&I operations at a high-volume Honda dealership. You will oversee product penetration, present value, close deals, and ensure compliant funding with multiple lenders.

The role rewards high performance with exceptional CSI and profitability. The position requires a proven track record in F&I, strong leadership, and the ability to manage high deal flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager.
• Strong PVR and product penetration.
• Excellent VSC, GAP, maintenance, appearance protection, and ancillary product performance.
• Ability to structure deals and work with multiple lenders.
• Strong understanding of lender programs, approvals, stipulations, and funding.
• Excellent closing and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle high deal volume without sacrificing CSI or compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
