Job summary

All Copy Products (ACP) and Verticomm are seeking a VoIP Technician in Chandler, AZ to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VoIP systems and related network infrastructure for client sites. You will handle remote and on-site support, account management, and system upgrades to ensure continuous communication services.

The role requires strong TCP/IP/UDP knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting VoIP systems and related network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for dynamic environments.
Excellent client-facing communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and customize VoIP systems and equipment per customer needs.
Diagnose and resolve network, call quality, hardware, and software issues; perform routine maintenance.
Provide end-user support, training, and moves/adds/changes management for accounts.
Monitor system performance and plan upgrades or repairs as needed.
Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions; coordinate with internal teams.
