Job summary

A technology company located in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a VoIP Engineer to perform and coordinate trouble resolution for client’s VoIP platforms. Responsibilities include supporting VoIP applications, conducting operational readiness testing, and troubleshooting service impacting issues. The ideal candidate should have experience with BGP, OSPF routing, and VoIP technologies, as well as familiarity with network infrastructures. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with BGP and OSPF routing for 3 years.
• Proficient in SIP routing protocols with at least 3 years of experience.
• 4 years of experience in voice and network support.
• 3 years experience with VoIP technologies.
• Familiarity with corporate network infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Perform trouble resolution for VoIP platforms.
• Support VoIP applications and lifecycle maintenance.
• Conduct operational readiness testing on network elements.
• Identify and troubleshoot service impacting issues.
