Job summary

Thrive is seeking a Voice Implementation Specialist in Sarasota, FL to lead telephony project rollouts for clients. You will work with teams, vendors, and clients to complete porting, validation, and documentation per Thrive plans.

Responsibilities include coordinating carrier porting, maintaining telephony inventories, and ensuring timely project deliverables. This role requires strong LNP knowledge and VoIP familiarity.

Qualifications

• LNP processes and carrier contracts knowledge.
• Experience coordinating telephony projects and timelines.
• Familiar with modern VoIP systems and carrier interfaces.
• Ability to communicate across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Implement Teams Voice projects for clients.
• Manage porting processes with carriers and stakeholders.
• Document porting activities, orders, and communications.
• Coordinate project tasks per Thrive project plan.
• Handoff to Thrive Service Desk for ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate porting timelines and testing procedures to customers.
• Track time and manage multiple ongoing projects.
