Job summary

Thrive is seeking a Voice Implementation Engineer to perform site assessments and deploy Thrive Managed Voice Services. The role involves collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth rollouts of voice solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in voice and data networks, a technical degree or equivalent, and the willingness to travel about half the time. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in successful operation and support of voice and data networks.
• Must be willing to travel frequently (≈50%) and travel expenses may be covered by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive site assessments at client locations based on project requirements.
• Onboard Thrive Managed Voice Services and ensure successful rollouts of voice solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers and clients to execute project goals.
• Configure and implement telephony solutions including Teams Voice and number porting.
• Communicate project plans, timelines, and testing procedures clearly to customers.
• Track time and manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
