Endeavor is hiring for a Technical Support role focused on VoIP systems and network services. You will handle ticket and phone-based support, configure customer hardware and software, and train users on platform and hardware usage.

The role includes an on-call rotation, cross-department collaboration, and adherence to SLAs while delivering reliable service to clients from the East and West coast regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, or a similar field.
• Experience as a VoIP Technician or related technical training.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP protocols.
• Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support via tickets and phone calls.
• Configure new customer hardware and software per guidelines.
• Train customers on platform and hardware usage.
• Develop architecture plans for customer voice/data services.
• Troubleshoot VoIP-related network issues.
• Create documentation for platform and third-party equipment.
• Ensure SLAs are met and quality of service maintained.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments as needed.
