Job summary

- 3–5 years in telecom or network support with VoIP/SIP knowledge.
- Experience with number porting and carrier coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own voice orders post-sale through installation and closeout.
- Lead discovery to collect complete call-flow requirements and configurations.
- Coordinate number porting, LOAs, CSRs, and port dates with carriers.
- Coordinate provisioning and readiness checks for installation.
- Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, and related network services across teams.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to process improvements.
