Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking an IT Telecommunications Specialist to own VoIP, circuits, and telecom services across our sites. You will manage invoices, coordinate vendors, and lead telecom projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

This role emphasizes process improvement, reliable connectivity, and opportunities to build Power BI dashboards for budgeting and forecasting. Strong Excel skills and 2–4 years of telecom support are required; a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting telecommunications environments incl. VoIP and circuits.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-by-site inventory of circuits, vendors, and phone numbers.
• Review and reconcile telecommunications invoices to reduce costs.
• Serve as primary contact for carriers, managing issues, installations, and escalations.
• Coordinate telecom projects including circuit changes and VoIP migrations.
• Manage VoIP administration: users, extensions, numbers, devices, voicemail, routes.
• Develop reports and dashboards for budgeting, forecasting, and project tracking.
• Provide user training and act as escalation point for telecom issues.
