Gateway Fiber, LLC is seeking a Commercial VoIP Support Specialist for the Greater St. Louis area (O Fallon, MO).

This role owns voice orders from sale handoff to installation, coordinates porting, call-flow validation, and testing, and collaborates with sales, field technicians, and carriers to ensure a smooth deployment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in telecom or network support with VoIP/SIP expertise and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in telecom or network support with VoIP knowledge.
• Strong familiarity with SIP signaling and hosted voice platforms.
• Experience documenting processes and customer implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own voice orders from post-sale handoff through installation and closeout.
• Lead customer discovery and document call-flow requirements and routing.
• Coordinate provisioning and readiness checks for installations.
• Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, and related network issues with vendors and carriers.
• Maintain documentation, meet SLAs, and escalate risks when needed.
