I’m conducting a confidential search for a Lead VoIP / Unified Communications Engineer to join a highly respected, mission-driven organization in Chicago that is making a significant investment in modernizing its technology infrastructure.

This is much more than a VoIP support role.

We are looking for a senior-level voice engineer who can remain technically hands‑on while becoming a trusted technical leader and right hand to infrastructure leadership.

The environment includes enterprise voice, VoIP PBX, SIP trunking, Call Center technologies, e911, eFax, voicemail and the underlying network infrastructure required to deliver highly available voice services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, implementation and support of enterprise voice infrastructure
