Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience with VoIP, UC deployments, and SIP trunking is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from post-sale through activation and installation.
• Coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and manage timelines for VoIP deployments.
• Conduct workshops on VoIP architecture and UC platform integration (Teams/Webex).
• Ensure uptime SLAs, E911 compliance, and disaster recovery alignment.
• Collaborate with telecom vendors and IT teams to validate interoperability.
