Job summary

Comcast Business Global is seeking a Project Manager 3 to oversee end-to-end VoIP projects from sales handoff through activation and installation in Plano, Texas.

You will coordinate resource allocation, manage risks, and ensure interoperability between Microsoft Teams, Webex, and SIP trunking while meeting uptime SLAs and compliance.

This role requires strong cross-team leadership, vendor liaison, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Cross-team coordination and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of VoIP, UC, and network concepts.
• Experience interfacing with customers and vendors to drive project success.
• Ability to manage complex VoIP deployments and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead VoIP deployments and ensure successful integration with Teams, Webex, and SIP trunks.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk mitigation, and project milestones.
• Provide updates on VoIP readiness and deployment progress to stakeholders.
• Create migration timelines from legacy PBX to cloud VoIP platforms.
• Track dependencies for call routing, IVR, and SIP provisioning.
• Ensure uptime SLAs, E911 compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Serve as liaison between telecom vendors, IT teams, and business units.
