Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. seeks a Senior Unified Communications Voice Architect to lead deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of enterprise voice solutions across 800+ sites.

You will support Microsoft Teams Voice, Avaya, MSTP, EVoIP, Cisco, and related telephony systems, coordinating with engineering, operations, security, vendors, and customers. The ideal candidate has extensive UC/VoIP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in government

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active TS clearance with SCI access and ability to obtain CI polygraph.
On-site 5 days/week in Washington, D.C. with travel up to 25%.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and support of enterprise voice across 800+ sites, including Teams Voice, Avaya, MSTP, EVoIP, Cisco, and related platforms.
Oversee MSTP engineering activities, endpoint connectivity, and operational readiness.
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Avaya, MSTP, and Teams Voice environments.
Support Microsoft Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, SBC configuration, and dial-plan design.
Monitor voice systems and apply software/firmware/security updates.
Provide secure reach-back and incident resolution across multiple teams.
