Vapi is hiring a Product Manager to scale our Agent Platform, focusing on agent building and model management for voice AI across customer lifecycles. You will shape features that enable customers to configure and deploy voice agents at scale, working with a fast-moving engineering team in a growing SF startup environment.

You bring 5+ years of PM experience, strong technical reasoning, and a proven ability to own outcomes with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in building and operating tech products at scale.
• Strong ability to reason about system design and architecture with engineers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across engineers, executives and partners.
• Track record of owning outcomes, not just processes.
• Genuine customer-centric mindset with B2B/enterprise product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own how customers create, configure, and manage voice agents on Vapi.
• Drive integrations and tools that agents call to expand capabilities on calls.
• Manage the full lifecycle of every model, from evaluation to deprecation.
• Build processes to keep models updated with the latest tech, reliably.
• Define metrics to measure model performance with evidence-based decisions.
• Run experiments/research translating advances into customer-facing features.
• Tackle large configuration spaces to make power feel simple.
