Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Agentforce Voice Models to own the complete voice intelligence stack—from ASR/STT and TTS to S2S and speaker diarization. You will shape the global language coverage roadmap, drive accuracy and latency targets, and lead a cross-functional team of research engineers and ML engineers.

The role combines frontier research with enterprise-grade reliability and involves external representation at conferences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading voice AI projects and teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ASR or TTS and real-time speech processing.
• Experience shipping production-grade voice models at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML training infrastructures (AWS, GCP or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for Agentforce voice capabilities (ASR/STT, TTS, S2S).
• Lead development of ASR/STT, neural TTS, and low-latency S2S pipelines.
• Own language coverage, dialect validation, and data governance for global deployment.
• Recruit and lead a research/engineering team and collaborate with product/legal/privacy/trust teams.
