Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Staff Product Manager for VoiceAI. You will own strategy, execution, and quality for a strategic AI voice product inside a high-volume SaaS platform.

You will partner across engineering, design, product marketing, and sales to deliver scalable voice solutions for agencies and SMBs. The role combines AI agents, telephony, CRM, and workflow automation to enable inbound/outbound calls, lead qualification, appointment setting, and summaries.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI products.
• Strong product judgment and prioritization skills in complex platforms.
• Deep fluency in voice AI, telephony, CRM, or developer platforms.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication abilities.
• Experience owning roadmaps, success metrics, and GTM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for VoiceAI.
• Own the full VoiceAI product surface, including inbound/outbound calling and integrations.
• Understand SMB/agencies and high-call-volume use cases to shape requirements.
• Translate customer problems into PRDs, user stories, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering on telephony architecture and latency optimizations.
• Work with design to simplify setup, testing, and deployment of VoiceAI features.
• Build integrations with Contacts, Conversations, Calendars, Workflows, and AI Employee.
• Improve AI agent behavior through prompts, evaluation, and QA workflows.
• Define instrumentation for activation, booking, and ROI metrics.
• Partner with Marketing, Support, and RevEx to drive adoption and revenue.
