Job summary

CoreReachAI, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a product manager to decide what we build next for our AI voice agents used by property management teams.

You will spend time with property managers, translate insights into priorities, and collaborate with engineering, customer success and marketing to ship features. This hybrid role requires at least 4+ years in product management for B2B software, a track record of shipping daily‑use products, and comfort with data and AI‑driven products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for B2B software.
• A track record of shipping products that customers use every day.
• Experience with AI or LLM-powered products and understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
• Comfort with data: define a metric, pull numbers and act on them.
• Clear writing from specs to release notes.
• Good judgment about tradeoffs and the ability to say no.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the voice agent and the app customers use to set it up and review calls.
• Talk with property managers, maintenance coordinators and leasing teams weekly to understand how their calls work.
• Write clear specs that define what the agent should do in each situation, including edge cases.
• Work with engineering to test agent behavior before it ships and measure performance after.
• Shape how CoreReach connects with property management software customers use.
• Track activation, retention and call outcomes to decide what comes next.
• Collaborate with customer success and marketing on launches, onboarding and explaining new features.
