11x in San Francisco (onsite) or remote across the U.S. and Canada is seeking a Voice Agent Engineer to connect GTM AI agents with real customer outcomes and help redefine how people sell. You will design and deploy full-stack systems powering AI agents, explore orchestration and model alignment, and collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to improve UX for non-technical users.

You’ll share learnings and participate in technical deep dives. Base salary range: $180,000–$200,000.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
CS/Engineering degree; startup or customer-facing experience a plus.
Strong fundamentals in Typescript, React, NextJS and NodeJS.
Experience with APIs, data flows, and debugging live systems.
Interest in AI/ML, conversational AI or voice technologies.
Bias for action and ability to ship quickly and improve live deployments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and iterate on full-stack systems powering AI agents from concept to deployment.
Research orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.
Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to improve UX for non-technical users.
Share learnings, document findings, and contribute to internal best practices.
Participate in peer reviews, brainstorming, and technical deep dives with the global team.
