CREST Collaborative seeks a Vocational Trainer for the VISIONS Adult DDS Program in Andover, MA. The role focuses on helping adults with disabilities gain independence, vocational skills, and meaningful community engagement across community and worksite locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• DDS knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive CREST vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with disabilities in developing independence, vocational skills, and community engagement.
• Work closely with program staff and clients in a professional manner.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with daily program routines and community outings.
• Lead and participate in vocational training activities across diverse settings.
