Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Job Development experience preferred.
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities required.
• Must engage in a continual learning process to stay on the cutting edge of employment services for our population.
• Maintains a professional appearance, attitude and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with businesses in all geographic service areas to secure integrated employment.
• Set up career exploration opportunities for guests in the community with site managers.
• Assist with implementation of employment and community-related curriculums.
• Develop a network of employment sites for on-site observation of career clusters.
• Network in the community to secure volunteer opportunities for guests.
