Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred.
• DESE Teacher of Visually Impaired Certification required.
• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the vision needs of individual students and develop appropriate programming to enhance the student’s access to education and independence.
• Perform evaluation, assessment, consultation, and direct treatment to students on the caseload and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate and provide consultation and training to classroom staff for inclusion of therapeutic techniques into the educational process.
• Travel may be required from program to program.
• Support the CREST Collaborative mission.
