Qualifications

Job Description

CREST Collaborative is currently seeking a motivated, self-starter and team-oriented individual to join our Adult Services team within the VISIONS Program. The VISIONS Program is contracted through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and currently supports over 60 adult clients across multiple community and worksite locations.

This position requires an individual who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting adults with disabilities in developing independence, vocational skills, and meaningful community engagement. Applicants must demonstrate the ability and willingness to work closely and collaboratively with both program staff and clients in a professional and supportive manner.

Strong computer skills are essential, as the VISIONS Program operates primarily through the Google platform for documentation, communication, and daily operations. Candidates should be comfortable using Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. Position Type: Full-time

Job Requirements
  • The position also requires:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • The willingness and ability to drive CREST vehicles daily to support community-based activities, vocational sites, and program needs
  • Supporting clients in vocational training and paid and/or volunteer work opportunities across a variety of settings, including outdoor work sites, farms, food pantries, and local community establishments
  • Assisting with daily program routines and community outings
  • Modeling professional workplace behavior and appropriate social skills
  • Ensuring client safety and adherence to program expectations
  • Completing required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to lead change and foster positive climate and culture
  • Motivated self-starter
  • DDS knowledge and experience
  • Schedule is 7 hours/day (35 hours/week), 260 days a year. Vacation, personal, and sick time available.
  • Salary commensurate with experience. Salary range: $43,000-$45,000 annually.
  • At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
