Job summary

American Training in Andover, MA is seeking a full-time caregiver to support Guests in a structured setting. You will work with a team to set individual goals, plan engaging activities, and document progress in a timely manner.

The role requires a High School degree, a valid driver’s license, and CORI/DDS fingerprinting. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with similar population (at least 1 year).
• Empathy, patience and compassion in interactions with Guests.
• Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
• Valid State driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work cohesively with team members to establish individual goals based on each Guest’s interest.
• Create and facilitate activities promoting the goals, needs, and desires of each Guest.
• Maintain a regular caseload and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
