Job summary

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. is seeking a Vocational Manager to lead our Vocational Specialists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based employment services within our Community Support Program.

You will supervise staff, provide direct Supported Employment services to a small caseload, ensure IPS-based practice, and build strong partnerships with employers while advancing data-informed quality improvement and fidelity audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, or related human services field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and performance evaluations for Vocational Specialists and assigned staff.
• Provide direct Supported Employment (SE) services to a small caseload, including job development and employment-related support.
• Ensure vocational services follow evidence-based models (e.g., IPS) and meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Support development and implementation of client-centered vocational plans integrated with treatment plans.
• Oversee outreach to expand employer partnerships for job placements.
• Track program data, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports; lead fidelity audits and quality improvement.
