Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree in the Social Services field or 4 years prior related work experience required.
• Active driver's license and minimum state-required auto-insurance.
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing clients for employment and retention through interview coaching and resume development.
• Complete IPS Vocational Profile and treatment plans, job development and placement, and follow-along activities.
• Maintain accurate paperwork including progress notes and vocational forms per agency procedures.
• Provide on-site job analysis and recommendations for work site modifications.
• Travel to potential job sites and coordinate with employers and VR counselors.
