Job summary

Riverwood Center in Southwest Michigan is seeking a dedicated professional to provide Supported Employment services, helping individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities obtain and sustain employment aligned with their recovery goals. The role may include weekend hours and independent work.

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or social services, business, personnel management, vocational services or 5 years’ experience in a related area.
• One to two years’ experience assisting individuals with employment and prefer providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness.
• Must have reliable means of transportation for transporting consumers and maintain safe driving record.

• Actual work hours may fluctuate and include weekend hours as part of a regular work schedule

Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.
