Job summary

Unitek College Of Nursing is seeking a full-time clinical instructor for AM/PM Vocational Nursing to teach classroom, labs, and clinicals, with evening/weekend shifts. A 10% differential applies for off-hours, and clinicals occur at off-site hospitals and facilities.

Requirements include RN or LVN licensure in the applicable state, 3 years bedside experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years with an Associate), current BLS, and ability to mentor students across settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current state licensure.
• 3 years bedside experience with a Bachelor's or 6 years with an Associate.
• Must meet faculty requirements set by the Board of Vocational Nursing.
• Current immunizations and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach in classroom, labs, and clinicals.
• Work evenings/weekends with 10% differential.
• Maintain student records (attendance, grades, skills check-offs).
• Update and maintain clinical requirements and immunizations.
