Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years within the Human Service field.
• Experience with homelessness, HIV, substance abuse, mental illness, and entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Identify aptitudes and develop clients' occupational skills.
• Assist tenants with job searches, resumes, and interview skills.
• Provide one-on-one employment counseling, mentoring, and support.
• Outreach to community employers and coordinate stipend training.
• Maintain client records as audit-ready with progress notes and service plans.
• Organize and supervise groups and activities for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
