Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the agency's mission, values, and Code of Conduct.
• Provide one-on-one employment counseling, mentoring, and support.
• Assist tenants with job searches, readiness, and eligibility.
• Engage with community employers and facilitate employer outreach.
• Maintain client records and progress notes to be audit-ready.
