The VNG Technician is responsible for conducting Videonystagmography (VNG) tests and providing exceptional patient care throughout the testing process. This role is critical to delivering accurate diagnostic testing while maintaining patient comfort and confidence. The VNG Technician manages patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups, maintains detailed records, and ensures that all test reports are accurately documented and uploaded according to organizational standards.
