Job summary
HOPE NEUROLOGICAL MEDICAL SERVICES AND ITS AFFILIATES seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to deliver comprehensive neurology-centered patient care. You will assess, diagnose, and manage diverse cases across clinical settings, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited PA program is required.
- PA license valid in state with PANCE certification.
- Current DEA registration and board certification required.
- 1–2 years of PA clinical experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans with collaborative agreements.
- Perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertions as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and specialists.
- Utilize EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks) for documentation.
- Support telehealth and outreach to improve access.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings, utilizing your expertise to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions. Your proactive approach and collaborative spirit will ensure exceptional patient outcomes while supporting the overall mission of providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a broad patient population, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and complex cases, in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and excellence.
A service agreement will accompany the provider's offer and job description, which will provide more focused company and duty specifics, understanding, and agreement prior to hire.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines
- Perform medical procedures such as suturing, IV insertions, catheterizations, and sterile processing when appropriate
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and medical records management
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including emergency medicine, critical care, geriatrics, behavioral health, and more
- Engage in telehealth consultations to extend access to care and improve patient outcomes in remote or underserved areas
- Support marketing and referral relationship building
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Master's degree from accredited Physician Assistant program required
- Physician Assistant Certification from PANCE required
- Valid state PA license required
- Current DEA registration required
- Minimum board certified
- 1-2 years of clinical PA experience preferred but not required
Experience in Personal Injury and/or Pain Management preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong medical knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work effectively under physician supervision
- Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical systems
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Proven clinical experience working within clinic settings such as neurological, testing and imaging facilities
- Experience with Personal Injury is preferred
- Experience with Neurological is preferred
- Hands‑on experience with advanced procedures including airway management, spinal taps, cardiac catheterization, and sonography
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for medical documentation and patient data management
- Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care needs
- Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis coding systems like ICD-10/ICD-9 and CPT coding for billing purposes
- Critical care experience in ICU or inpatient environments is highly desirable
- Prior involvement in clinical research or case management projects that enhance evidence-based practice
