POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all patients, visitors, and callers at Hope Neurological Medical Services and its affiliates. This role is critical to delivering the warm, organized, and professional experience that reflects HOPE's mission and values from the very first interaction. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing the front office environment, coordinating patient flow, handling administrative duties, and supporting the clinical team in delivering seamless patient-centered care.
This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to manage a high-volume front office environment with professionalism and grace. The ideal candidate understands that every patient who walks through our doors is on a journey toward healing and deserves to be met with dignity, efficiency, and warmth.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) platforms
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate empathy when working with patients experiencing neurological conditions, trauma, or cognitive challenges
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a front desk workstation
Frequent computer and telephone use throughout the workday
Must be able to work on-site at the assigned clinic location; remote work is not available for this role
