Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher with coursework in nursing, education, or administration.
- Active California RN license (BRN).
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a nursing education program.
- Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead program operations and collaborate with the Director to meet VN program goals.
- Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation.
- Contribute to curriculum development and alignment with BVNPT standards and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor student performance and licensure outcomes; drive strategies to improve retention and success.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare accreditation documentation.
