Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active RN license in California (BRN).
• Leadership experience in a nursing education program or related discipline (3+ years).
• Experience as full-time faculty in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program (3+ years).
• Experience teaching in online or hybrid learning environments (1+ year).
• 4+ years of continuous full-time RN patient care within past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and oversee VN program operations.
• Lead faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation.
• Help develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum aligned with BVNPT standards.
• Monitor student performance and improve retention, completion, and licensure outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and prepare related reports.
