Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain inventory at customer facilities.
• Scan barcodes on-site to generate orders and manage stock.
• Adjust min, max and package quantities as needed.
• Source and add managed items per customer requests.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and timely delivery.
• Foster relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.

Duties:

• Deliver and maintain inventory at customer’s facility.
• Scan barcodes at customer site to generate orders
• Adjust Min, Max and Package Quantities as necessary.
• Source and add managed items, per customer request.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fastener industry.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Ability to drive a full size pick-up or van and posses a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
