Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fasteners or industrial supplies.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and nurture long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain inventory at customer facilities.
• Scan barcodes on-site to generate orders and manage stock.
• Adjust min, max and package quantities as needed.
• Source and add managed items per customer requests.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and timely delivery.
• Foster relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
