Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Program Service Representative to manage on-site and remote CPS Program operations, maintaining inventory levels, and delivering best-in-class service at customer facilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will stock, transport, and manage program growth across multiple customer sites, ensuring safety standards and strong communication with internal teams. Valid CDL/DOT and ability to lift 30–60 lbs are required to meet daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history.
• Ability to pass/maintain DOT certification.
• Must be able to lift 30–60 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock product for multiple customer programs by filling or swapping product bins.
• Transport product to customers as necessary.
• Drive program growth through setup of new customer programs and expanding existing ones.
• Monitor inventory levels and review open orders using VMI platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and professional customer interactions.
