Job summary

Wurth Industry North America seeks a Vendor-Managed Inventory Representative to manage on-site CPS programs at customer facilities. You will stock, deliver, and maintain inventory levels, interact with customers, and escalate issues to ensure program performance.

Based at our Rock Hill, SC site, you will work Mon-Fri 7:00am–4:00pm with travel to customer locations; pay is $19/hour, plus potential annual incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in driving or customer management.
• Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain) required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Lift 30–50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours daily.
• 100% nearby daily travel to customer sites.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple customer programs by filling or swapping bins, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as necessary.
• Set up new customer programs and expand existing ones.
• Monitor inventory levels using VMI platforms and place orders; review open orders.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional customer interaction.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; resolve issues impacting programs or service levels.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
