Job summary

Wurth Industry USA seeks a Vendor-Managed Inventory Program Service Representative based in Sioux City, IA, with frequent travel to Ida Grove, IA and Yankton, SD. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, focusing on stocking product, maintaining inventory, and delivering best-in-class service at customer facilities.

You will manage onsite/remote CPS program operations, communicating with stakeholders, and escalating issues to protect program performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT certification.
• Physical ability to lift 30–60 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.
• Proficient with MS Office; good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle diverse customer interactions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple programs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as needed.
• Drive growth by setting up new programs and expanding existing ones.
• Monitor inventory using VMI platforms and place orders as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and professional customer relations.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
