Job summary

Würth Industry USA in Sanford, FL is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory Representative to manage onsite CPS program operations, stock customer facilities, and ensure accurate inventory levels and safe practices. Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7:00am–3:30pm.

This role is based out of our Sanford, FL facility. You will interact directly with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and drive program growth through new and expanded customer programs while maintaining professional relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in driving or customer management.
• Valid driver's license and DOT Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.
• 21+ to drive a company vehicle; 100% local travel.
• Basic computer knowledge and effective communication with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple programs by filling or swapping bins in customer locations.
• Transport product to customers as necessary.
• Drive program growth through setup and expansion of customer programs.
• Monitor inventory levels using VMI platforms and place orders as needed.
• Maintain expertise on program systems and operations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues.
