Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory Representative for our Rock Hill, SC facility. The Program Service Representative will manage onsite CPS program operations, maintain established inventory levels, and directly interact with customers to ensure service levels and program performance.

The role requires stocking and transporting product, establishing new programs, and monitoring inventory via VMI platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in driving or customer management.
• Must have a valid driver's license, DOT Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain), and meet driver selection requirements.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours daily.
• 100% local daily travel required.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple customer programs and maintain inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as needed.
• Set up new customer programs and expand existing ones.
• Monitor inventory using VMI platforms and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues.
