Job summary

Würth Industry USA in Richfield, WI is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Program Service Representative to stock, deliver, and maintain program presentation at customer facilities. You will manage onsite/remote CPS operations with a focus on safe, reliable service.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing and 2+ years in customer management, plus a valid CDL and DOT readiness. Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00am–3:00pm; pay: $21/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass/maintain DOT certification.
• Lift 30–60 pounds; stand up to 8 hours.
• Work in customer facilities with varying conditions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all departments.
• Ability to solve practical problems and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple programs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as needed.
• Drive program growth by setting up new and expanding existing programs.
• Monitor inventory levels using VMI platforms and place orders as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Keep workspace clean and professional, including appearance.
• Communicate with stakeholders; resolve issues impacting programs or service levels.
• Comply with policies and safety standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
